As a member, you are solely responsible for your tax obligations and earnings reporting.

Misrepresenting potential income or misleading others is grounds for suspension or termination.

4. User Content & Rights

By sharing content on SocialMuck, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use, host, distribute, modify, and display that content as part of our services.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property you post on SocialMuck.

5. Compliance with Network Marketing Standards

You agree to uphold ethical business practices, as outlined in SocialMuck’s Marketing & Earnings Disclosure Policy.

You will not make unsubstantiated or misleading earnings claims to potential or current members.

You will maintain accurate records of your referrals and income activity.

6. Safety & Security

You may not access or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.

You will not upload viruses, malicious code, or engage in activity that could harm SocialMuck or its users.

7. Termination

SocialMuck reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including misuse of network marketing practices.

We may remove content or accounts that violate our policies or applicable laws.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or local equivalent).

You waive your right to participate in class actions.

9. Changes to Terms
